Illinois Sluggers is a premier travel softball program dedicated to advancing players to the next level while promoting personal development. Our focus is on the holistic development of athletes, including their mental, physical and academic growth. As such, we support multi-sport athletes.

Our teams compete at the highest levels locally and nationally, upholding the core values of sportsmanship and character that have been the foundation of our organization for over 30 years.

Illinois Sluggers offers a year-round training program led by certified coaches. Our organization applies rigorous standards for each team based on coaching, training and competitiveness. Each team is required to participate in a minimum number of age-appropriate tournaments, including PGF, Alliance and other top tournament and showcase events for college recruiting aged teams and athletes.

Our facilities include The Hill, a 9,000 square foot indoor training center, the Sport Center, an indoor practice and scrimmage facility with four softball fields, and several outdoor fields through our partnership with the Schaumburg Park District.
